All Electric
24 volt system easily powers the carriage motor and actuators throughout your job, with quick disconnects for exchange or recharging the batteries while on the machine. Our unstoppable motor and two 60lb screed hold down shocks provide slump power!
Automatic w/ Selectable Vibration
IP rated touch-pad control of all functions. Set your grade, and press auto start…striking has never been simpler! If you need vibration, simply push vibrator on, adjust intensity and direction with the push of a button. Strike aprox. 96 sq ft of floor with each deployment.
Laser Controlled
No more pipes, rails, or time consuming pads! Set your grade once and push the start button. The laser controlled program doesn’t strike low, and will repeat automatically if tolerances are not met on the first pass. You have the option of 270 degree or 360 degree laser receivers. Unlike the other transportable screeds which react to an existing screed low input in establishing their grade, the Strike Hopper controller operates from laser inputs which don’t allow the screed to go low.
Adjustable Slope Control
Ice cream on the cake…1/2” incremental slope control for use with lasers without slope built in.
